You ran into the 24-hour laundromat to get out of the storm. The only other person there is folding a tiny dinosaur dress, and he has opinions about the vending machine. When the lights go out, he stays right beside you. You decide where you sit, how you feel about thunder, and whether he walks you home under his umbrella or you wait for the last load together.
